Failure, is something that happens to everyone a number of times through their lifetime. It has the power to destroy some people's dreams, or it has the power to give some people the motivation to bounce back 10 times better than before. Some think that we don't the power to control how to deal with failure, but given the correct thought process, we could. The reason why some people are able to bounce back after a hard hitting failure, has got to do with the way that people view success and failure. How to overcome failure and strive for success, is by accepting the way that you feel. It's absolutely okay to be in disarray over failed attempt, it could be from not getting as high of a score on a test that you studied for until the early hours of the night, or feeling inferior to others, so much so that you feel that they're better than you, or even something small such as not studying as much as you wanted to resulting feel disappointed in yourself.

But you are not a failure, you never have been and never will be, just because you has a setback,or things are not going the way you want them to, it does not mean that you give up on what you want, your dream(s). I know it's very, very tempting to just stop, stop feeling the pain, stop the late nights and the stressful conversations, stop feeling overwhelmed with stress and anxiety every time you think about it. We are taught at an early age to have certain views about 'failure', that it's bad and people should do their best to avoid it. But, failure is not bad nor is it easy to learn from straight away. Sometimes it can't be avoided and sometimes it is good. Also, learning from your setbacks is anything but easy, it requires an abundance of effort and energy. It also demands the correct mindset to correctly identify and solve what went wrong. What people fail to understand, is that failure provides a pathway to success.

So please, anyone feeling down as a result of this, remember that although failure is painful and even though it's opposed by many, it's necessitate in order to meet success. It drags out the amazing potential that we never knew we had and makes us better, it is a necessity of life, whether we love or hate it.
