Making a difference doesn’t mean you have to be a world renowned person who’s idolised by millions. There are many different ways for you to impact people, some examples could be books, music, social media, charity, even smiling at a stranger can have an impact, but the list does go on and even though not all of us have the opportunity to write books about life like Paul Kalanithi, or sing songs about self-love like BTS, we all have the ability to bring a change to the world no matter how constricted our limits are. Being kind to one person could trigger them to act kind towards another, creating a domino effect. This doesn’t take or cost much, whether it’s helping an old lady cross the street or thanking the bus driver when you get off the bus, it’s worth knowing that the kind gesture does not go to waste. You never know the impact you have on someone, one small act could have had someone thinking about it for the rest of their day.

There are more efficient ways in reaching a larger audience, like using social media to spread positivity and make a difference, some examples could be accounts that encourage feminism in an attempt to introduce the idea more clearly to other people and use it as a way to make females more comfortable and proud of who they are.

Other than online platforms the people you surround yourself with can definitely make a difference. This could impact how you live your life and how you react and deal with things, which in return affects how you approach the idea of how to make a difference in the world.
