Books can be amazing on many different levels for all of us; an escape from reality or just lowering your stress with smiles or tears. When we read not only do we improve our memory through the process of information, we also become more positive and feel more better.

An escape from reality; you can be in a world completely different from the one we currently live in now, escape your life and put yourself in many different characters shoes, gain new perspectives and visualise each sentence as you read along, feeling each emotion that the author wants you to feel, this escape allows people to relieve stress or to feel a sense of comfort. When I read a book, I forget where I am, I get so immersed into the book that I keep on reading till I experience all the emotions and journeys, this escape from reality relieves me from any of my bad days or stressful moments.
