Opening of Primark The date of the opening of the large retail store has finally been revealed. The worshiped store Primark finally opened in Bluewater on the 13th March. Primark’s move to Bluewater was prompted by former tenant the Early Learning Centre’s decision to close its store and open a concession within Mothercare, which was already located at the shopping centre.

The company already has seven stores in Kent, which includes Chatham, Maidstone, Canterbury, Thanet and Folkestone. It was first thought that the introduction of the Bluewater store would spell the end for nearby stores in Gravesend and Dartford, but Primark said there was no plans to shut those retailers.

The discount fashion chain said the new location has created more than 400 jobs. This means many new opportunities for possible workers were granted with the multiple jobs available.

Many have been ecstatic over the opening of the famous retail store in the fact that it is considered local to many as well as how large the shop is consisting of 2 floors. Primark is mainly known for it’s cheap but yet good and fashionable clothes, as well as bags, scarves and many other varieties of products.

Primark is idolised by all ages and genders. McKenzie aged 15 said “it’s a great large retail store to shop in and for so many products it comes to so little” another member of the public stated that “by having another Primark it overall makes things a little bit easy for clothes shopping and etc”. Many families have spoken about how that having Primark iat Bluewater is a great store for the whole family at affordable prices.
