On the 28th,29th, and 30th of November, students ranging from 14-17 at Richard Challoner School superbly put on a production of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. The talented cast took me back to Dickensian times and made it look effortless, whilst also bringing the Christmas spirt back for the start of December. Robert Boi as Scrooge was excellent and I couldnt imagine anyone else in the role.
The play shows you how a quite evil man is turned good via the haunting of his deceased friend/business partner Jacob Marley and 3 Christmas spirts. With hillarious comedic moments, heart breaking aspects and even a thrilling sword fight, the amazing cast put of the best show they ever have.
Later next year, in February, the stars in the making fly to Budapest, to perform in a theatre which is already sold out for two shows.
