Leyton Orient in great form as they move 1-point clear of the league heading into December.

The O’s started off the month with a convincing 3-1 away win against Flyde football club, with striker Josh Koroma netting twice and Macauley Bonne finishing with the third. This was followed by another 3-1 win, this time against a visiting Bromley Town, as veteran skipper Jobi Mcanuff grabbed a goal alongside strikers Josh Koroma and Macauley Bonne

The most anticipated game of the month was the matchup between Leyton and second place Welsh side Wrexham. The game remained goalless until the 85 minute when man of the moment, Macauley Bonne broke the deadlock with James Brophy later putting the salt in the wounds with a second.

The last game of the month was a 0-0 draw against Aldershot, giving the East London side a 1-point lead on second place Salford.

Leyton Orients prolific striker Macauley Bonne is currently the National League’s top goal scorer, scoring 15 goals in 22 games. This impressive form is not only turning heads of Orient fans, but also the heads of other teams, with clubs like Leeds, Derby and Norwich all interested in the Zimbabwean marksmen (source - HITC sport).

Leyton Orients form this season has been promising, but they will need to continue this high level of play to have any hope of title contention.
