Temperature drop could affect many.

2018 in the UK has been a year of exceptional temperatures and weather changes. For much of England and Wales 2018 was ranked one of the top five driest June’s on record (since 1910) February was also known as the coldest month since 2010. However at times of extreme weather conditions there are still thousands of homeless people on the streets in these dangerous conditions.

Temperatures have been know to plummet rapidly within a few weeks in South East London. This can cause many issues for some people. People know as and for ‘sleeping rough’ is very dangerous alone without adding the horrific weather and temperatures. When temperatures escalate quickly there is an increase of corners due to health of one’s living state and condition.

When temperatures drop close to freezing, Local Authorities have a duty to offer emergency shelters to as many people they can. Many organisations set up are there to help and provide homeless people or families and provide them with different services. Many of these charities and organisations are non-profit however accept donations to help save a life and get another person off the streets during the crucial weather conditions. You can help by giving donations to many of the unique charities all helping the same cause.
