The town’s most popular organisation was established in 1965 by founder, Keith Campen, who holds the position of Club Secretary today. Aside from an array of good standard pitches, the club has a plethora of teams who compete every week in a bespoke Sunday league. These teams range from Under 7s (school Year 2) through to the Under 12s (school Year 7) as well as an Under 15s (school Year 10) team too.

Loughton currently has vacancies for its Under 9 (school Year 4) team as it seeks to plant the seeds for a new squad. Mixed ages train altogether on a Thursday evening and Saturday morning, which currently does not include a substantial number of players for a complete Under 9s team - even though the club is not far off that desirable figure.

Prices to pay for the season are relatively cheap and cannot be beaten by local competitors.

Football is such a dynamic and inclusive sport and Loughton FC wants to invite your child to join it. The club is always looking for new stars so enquiries from parents of players of any age are welcome. However, if it cannot accept a player due to oversubscription, Loughton will try to introduce them to another club.

Training takes place at Avondale Close, Loughton, IG10 3DH in the summer and at Roding Valley High School's astro turf facilities in the winter.

Parents interested in knowing more, or wish for their child to join, should contact Club Secretary, Keith Campen, on 07986 186428.
