The Weybridge turning on lights festival is an old tradition that died out, but was recently rebooted by the current mayor of Weybridge four years ago. It is a small event, but yet it is Cherri for all who come to visit. One of the stall owners who came to the festival is Lisa, it was her first time having a stall at the festival, her company is called Planets d’Eden she opened it four years ago and it is about natural skin care Arabian sands hair oil.

The children’s lantern parade took place at 4:00 p.m., it was a cute event, as the children walked down the street holding there lanterns lighting the area around them, accompanied by their parents and being escorted by the Weybridge air cadets. Around 700 children attended the lantern parade. The lights for the Christmas tree turned on at 4:40 pm, as the mayor waved her wand and the lights flashed on. The festival continued until 7 p.m.
