Thomas Frank new deal at Brentford has been warmly welcomed by Bees fans.
The manager signed a long-term deal to keep him at the helm until 2023 on Monday.
Frank, 46, joined the Bees set-up in 2016 as part of Dean Smith’s coaching team, but made the step up to the top job upon Smith’s departure.
“I am very pleased that the Club offered me a new contract and I was delighted to sign it,” the Dane said.
“I love coming to work every single day and love working with the players and the staff here.
“There is a unique togetherness at Brentford and a unique focus on wanting to get better every day.
“We have a clear plan; a clear strategy and good people and we are going in the right direction.
“We are in a really good place and not just because of our current form on the pitch and our position in the league but because of how we are run on and off the pitch.”
Frank has guided the Bees to 11 wins in their last 16 games, taking them to within six points of the top two.

Frank has made no secret of the club’s ambition this season, with promotion to the Premiership the perfect send off to Griffin Park as they prepare to move to their new stadium next season.
The charismatic Dane, who had a successful two year spell with Brondby before taking up his post at Brentford, has won over the supporters in the 16-month spell in charge at the West London outfit, overcoming a difficult period which saw just one win in 10 before going on to finish the season strongly.

Love this man he's done so much for us on and off the pitch, is very honest, never makes excuses (unlike Warbs), pushes his players to the best they can possibly be and a very genuine man. Thomas Frank's barmy army🐝🐝

Also regardless of performances and results both Brentford and Frank consisted to stick with the formula/tactics they wanted to implement not Blues starting this Tikka Takka play then ditching it when the going got tough...

Frank deserves this for what he's done to Brentford's defence alone.

It's what I think will ultimately see them nick a place in the automatic promotion places.#BrentfordFC https://t.co/rPdpn6pB6T
