Arthur Diaz and Alexandra Rutishauser-Perera of East London Runners both completed the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon in Inverness, Scotland on Sunday.
In improving weather as the course went on, Diaz crossed the line in a time of 4:38.52, coming 2114th place overall, while Rutishauser-Perera was 11 minutes behind, finishing 2419th in a time of 4:49.39.
Also in Scotland was John Henry, who came third at the Livingston XC (3.7km) in a time of 14.36 on Saturday and the following day, he placed 17th out of 144 at the Giffordtown 5km event in Fife.
Further afield, Andrew Ward finished 1647th out of a total 2767 finishers at the Barcelona Ironman on Sunday.
An overall time of 11:46.43 was split into 1:03.53 for the 2.4 mile swim, 5:38.10 for the 112 mile cycle, and 4:46.20 for the marathon to finish.
Also in Spain was Antonio Martin Romero, who came first at the Cadiz XC League in an 8.5km event.
Scott McMillan recorded a personal best time of 3:01.55 at the MBNA Chester Marathon on Sunday, placing 155th overall and shaving well over five minutes off his previous best time.
Lawrence Foster also completed the event, crossing in a time of 3:51.13 that earned him 1092nd place.
Elsewhere, Paul Thompson placed 26th at the Wimpole Estate half marathon on Sunday in a time of 1:40.51 and Michael Bamford finished the Mornington Chasers Regents Park 10km 28th in 43.06, coming 28th overall.
Also completing a half marathon was Amit Marks at the Royal Borough of Kingston Half, finishing 223rd in a time of 1:35.50, while Melody Nairn placed 253rd and recorded a time of 1:05.36 at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10km.
Sarah Burns and Paula Bedford recorded times of 1:52.00 and 2:15.00 in their respective legs of the Saltmarsh 75m relay, and finally six members completed the Southend 10km.
Mark Boulton came 12 in a time of 34.32, Patrick Brown followed less than a minute later in 35.15 (17th) and Manjit Bedi was next across with 40.56, coming 147th.
Calvin Bobin followed shortly after in 185th (43.03), Stephen Taylor placed 268th in a tome of 45.22 and finally Samir Younsi came 440th with a personal best of 49.59.
