Around 350 people, including players and parents, travelled to the Enfield Ignatians youth section’s Easter Tour earlier this month.
The group made the journey to East Anglia where Crusaders, from Norwich, were the first opponents, and then attentions turned to The Holt Tournament where the minis’ section achieved numerous wins against assorted opposition.
The under-13s had a slightly different itinerary and continued their good run with a 25-10 over Crusaders before going down 45-20 to a strong North Walsham side.
Overall it was a good weekend for the club, and an eventual senior tour to Canada remains in the pipeline.
