Alexander Sorloth took his impressive goal tally to 24 on Saturday with a brace in Trabzonspor’s 2-2 draw with Besiktas.

Crystal Palace’s on-loan forward has now found the back of the net as many times in all competitions this season as his parent club.

The Danish forward has been in scintillating form in Turkey, with his form alerting European giants Real Madrid and Juventus according to AsistAnaliz.

Sorloth joined Trabzonspor on a two-year loan deal in the summer, with Palace failing to insert a re-call option for the striker and the Turkish side able to exercise a £6million clause to buy the 24-year-old on a permanent basis.

If the Turkish side were to buy the forward, they would be able to sell the man Palace paid Midtjylland £9million for up to nearly five times that amount.

Madrid reportedly sent scouts to watch the striker over the weekend, and if they were to pursue a move for the forward who failed to score at Selhurst Park, the Eagles would only be entitled to up to £5million of the possible £40+million such is the current deal in place with Palace.

The end of season situation could be quite an embarrassing one for Palace who have netted just 24 goals collectively, with Jordan Ayew their top scorer with six, someway short of Sorloth’s 19 league goals.
