Here’s how the Charlton players rated in their 0-0 draw with Fulham.

Dillon Phillips 7

Made solid early saves from Decordova-Reid and looked confident under the high ball. Questions still remain over his ability with the ball at his feet after a few wayward clearances.

Adam Matthews 7

Coped well with the talented Cavaleiro down the wing and showed a turn of speed few thought he had. Looked a threat when he got forward and offered an outlet backing up Doughty down the flank.

Tom Lockyer 6

Looked long on too many occasions and lost possession in the first half but a commanding second half display.

Jason Pearce 6

Great with the ball at his feet and played his way out of trouble well. That said, there was confusion between himself and Purrington alongside him with Fulham beating the off-side trap twice in the first half that went unpunished.

Ben Purrington 6

Looked a player short on confidence. Going forward he offered a lot, beating his man frequently and winning possession. Defensively however he was found out of position frequently and left space for Fulham to attack.

Darren Pratley 7

Another all-out display for the evergreen midfielder. Made a number of vital challenges in the middle of the park, stopping the supply line into the creative Cairney.

Josh Cullen 7

The pendulum in the middle for Charlton, linking defence and attack. Kept possession and dictated pay for the Addicks when they got on the ball.

Albie Morgan 7

Similar to Cullen he provided a shield for the backline and nicked possession in dangerous places. Chased lost causes and looked unfazed against an experienced midfield.

Erhun Oztumer 6

Quiet first half and the ball by-passed the creative midfielder. In a side starved of possession he looked frustrated at not getting on the ball. Better second half but wasteful with set-pieces.

Alfie Doughty 8

A real bright spark. Charlton’s get out of jail card. Releived pressure frequently with his turn of speed which terrified the Fulham backline. Often however when he got forward he lacked the composure to pick out the right ball.

Tomer Hemed 6
Lost the aerial battle against two hefty centrebacks but put himself about. When he did get on the ball he held it up well and dragged the ide up the pitch. Fought a lonely battle.
