Here’s how Charlton’s players rated in their 2-2 draw with Hull City.

Dillon Phillips 7

Made two superb and crucial saves in the second half that looked to have given the Addicks the win they craved, will feel he could’ve done better for the late equaliser.

Adam Matthews 6

Got forward frequently but his delivery was too inconsistent. Either the sublime or the awful. Defensively however he was solid and didn’t give Grosicki a chance.

Tom Lockyer 8

Made a great tackle on Grosicki when bearing down on goal. A man who just loves defending. Fantastic front post defender.

Jason Pearce 7

At fault for Hull’s opener. Other than that handled the physical Tom Eaves in a battle he would’ve relished.

Naby Sarr 8

What on earth was he doing up there?! Who knows but we’re bloody glad he was. His best game of the season, mistake-free and looked composed on the ball under pressure. That’s the bench mark he’s set for himself now.

Ben Purrington 6

Delivery was wasteful when he got forward and lacked the pace to keep up with Jarrod Bowen. Should he be beaten in the air for the goal?

Albie Morgan 7

Could’ve done better with a first half effort that was blocked. Switched play superbly and has seems to have made the most of his chance during the injury crisis at the club. Has a bit of class when in possession.

Darren Pratley 9

This Is Local London:

If anyone deserved a goal for their efforts in recent weeks it’s Pratley. Broke up play in the middle of the park and made a number of crucial interceptions that halted the Hull attack.

Connor Gallagher 7

The player teammates look to in order to make something happen. Never looks phased and always happy to receive the ball even under the fiercest pressure.

Jonathan Leko 8

A completely different performance to one we saw against Huddersfield. Ran the channels with and without the ball and never gave the defence a moment’s rest. Sublime work for Sarr’s strike and relieved pressure from deep countless times with his pace and trickery.

Macauley Bonne 7

Played the role of the target man superbly. One moment on the hour typified his performance, bringing the ball down, holding off two defenders and winning a free kick that allowed the Addicks to work their way up the pitch.

SUBS:

Deji Oshilaja 6

Added strength to the Addicks midfield when the visitors looked to force their way through the middle.

Lyle Taylor 6

Added a different outlet. Still has that competitiveness for the fight and it’ll be needed.
