Leyton Orient club chairman Nigel Travis says that they will move on from the incident between Mark Cooper and Ross Embleton after the FA decided not to investigate.

Embleton said that he was called an "imposter" by Cooper before the Forest Green Rovers manager added "who do you think you are? Justin Edinburgh?".

In a statement on the club's website, Travis said:  “Following the incident on the touchline at the Breyer Group Stadium last Saturday with Leyton Orient interim head coach Ross Embleton and Forest Green Rovers manager, Mark Cooper, I had several constructive, but ultimately inconclusive discussions with the Forest Green Chairman, Dale Vince.

"Given the fact that the FA have taken no action against Ross following his red card, other than a warning, we have decided to focus on important upcoming fixtures and regard the matter as closed.”

Interim head coach Embleton added: “I totally understand the reasons why this matter will not be taken further. I appreciate the decision that the FA have made relating to my sending off and the warning that I have received.

"From here on we should look forward but also understand that I will forever defend anything related to Justin Edinburgh’s name and family.”
