Anfernee Dijksteel has completed his move from Charlton to Middlesbrough.

The 22-year-old signed for the Riverside outfit after Charlton accepted an improved third bid believed to be around £2million ,with a sell-on clause.

“Letting Anfernee go was a decision made by the footballing staff.

“Our focus remains on bringing in players that improve us ahead of the transfer deadline on Thursday.

“We wish Anfernee the best, except when he plays against us of course.”
