Here’s how the Palace player’s rated from their 5-3 win over Bournemouth.

Vicente Guaita 6

Made a couple of early saves and dealt with the high-ball, not convincingly but dealt with them. Nothing he could do for Lerma’s rocket, Ibe’s deflection or King’s tap-in.

Joel Ward 6

To concede three goals there is usually some blame on the defence. Today however it is possibly on the third where questions can be asked. Losing a defensive header on the corner that led to King’s strike.

Martin Kelly 6

Like his defensive partner can only be blamed for the third. Looks more settled with Dann next to him, understandably.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka 7

Once again, can’t re-call a foot wrong and came out well on-top in a tricky duel with the coveted Ryan Fraser. Had acres of room down the right, was his chance to get on the score sheet.

Patrick van Aanholt 7

Took his goal well, but his forward play has never been questioned. Could’ve done more for Bournemouth’s second.

Luke Milivojevic 6

Quiet game for the captain after he struck the post. Lucky to stay on the pitch after a rash challenge on Lerma whilst on a yellow.

Max Meyer 8

Instrumental in nearly everything good going forward that Palace did. Relieved pressure from deep, found the cutting pass, and dictated the tempo.

James McArthur 7

Unlucky not to score early in the second half but kept the midfield ticking over. Copy and Paste performance from every game the Scotsman has played this season.

Andros Townsend 6

Forgot his shooting boots today. Some very wayward efforts, not what we’ve come to expect from the Goal of The Season winner. Did get on the score sheet, a bit closer-in this time however.

Wilfried Zaha 9

Palace’s greatest ever player? Possibly. His assist for Townsend’s strike epitomised everything about him. The jeering from opposition, the tugging, the hacking, the pace he has, his vision, skill and touch. 30 seconds to sum up the talisman.

Michy Batshuayi 7

Took his opening goal well and couldn’t miss with his second. The strong Belgian offered little in terms of movement across the back four instead looking for the more direct route.
