Wilfried Zaha continues to endear himself to the Crystal Palace fans.

Not only is his undoubted talent, his mesmerising footwork, or the passion he shows for the club he’s played over 250 league games enough, but he also knows how to put the boot in to their fiercest rivals.

Brighton and Hove Albion.

Speaking to the club website the 26-year-old revealed there’s one shirt he treasures above all else.

“The one I wore when we beat Brighton away in the play-offs,” the Ivorian said.

“It’s hung up in my house next to a painting of me celebrating.

“When you go up my stairs, it’s the first thing you see!”

The forward has been in fine fettle this season chipping in with ten goals, the first time he’s reached double figures in a campaign.

His form has not gone unnoticed however as Arsenal have emerged as potential suitors for the former Manchester United man.

Unai Emery would’ve seen first hand the talent the Palace trickster possesses as he got on the scoresheet in the Eagles 3-2 win at The Emirates last month.

With the season nearly finished as Palace look to finish the season as high as 11th after a difficult first half of the campaign, Roy Hodgson and Steve Parish have no doubt braced themselves for enquiries for the forward, but his latest remarks shows the affection he has for the club.
