Neil Harris believed that the game against Blackburn Rover’s was worthy of a point but he understands that if you have a lapse in concentration at championship level, you will get punished.

The Lions were defeated by two late goals from Joe Nuttal and Adam Armstrong after both sides seemed to be heading for a draw.

“It was a 0-0 draw all the way though," said Harris.

"I cannot remember many chances at either end, but when you switch off for a moment against a good side you are going to get punished.” Harris explained after the game.

“That’s all we did. We switched off for one moment on 88 minutes and the ball goes into the back of our net.

“For the last four games we have had the luck, we have had the momentum and we win the games. Today was not for us.

“The second goal was a little frustrated, because if you do not concede straight away you maybe build some momentum in injury time and get that one chance.

"The second goal was a killer."

Millwall striker, Tom Elliot was taken off after injuring himself in the opening 30 seconds of the match and Harris believed it had an impact on the game.

“Losing Tom early was a big blow for us. He was been key for us recently. He is not the most beautiful football player on the eye, but he is important to the way we play and he has a lot of first contacts.

“He has dislocated his shoulder, his shoulder popped out. We will have to see how it settles down but he is certainty going to be missing for a period of time.”
