A consultation has been launched seeking the public’s views on proposals to merge Tubbenden infant and junior schools together.
A single primary school for four to 11-year-olds would be created using both schools’ buildings in Sandy Bury, Orpington, opening in September this year.
The deadline for responses is February 13.
People can email them to tubbenden.consultation@bromley.gov.uk, write a letter to Gillian Pearson, director of children and young people services at Bromley Council or fax responses to 020 8313 4049.
The proposals will also be discussed at a public meeting at Tubbenden Junior School at 7pm on January 27.
A leaflet explaining the proposal is available from Bromley Council offices and public libraries in Orpington, Petts Wood, Southlands and Bromley.
You can phone 020 8313 4088 and ask for a copy to be sent to you or It can be found by visiting bromley.gov.uk
