Sarah-Louise Casey, 14, from Erith, won a silver medal in the 200m freestyle event, a bronze medal in the 50m butterfly as well as four personal bests.
And Adam Baker from Welling, 13, clinched a bronze medal in the breastroke as well as four personal bests.
Five Shark members also competed for the Beavers disabled club, in Bexleyheath, at the Turtles Club, in Ruislip, where Tina Rushbrook, from Erith, clinched a bronze medal in the one-length freestyle event, Baker won gold in the three-length freestyle race and Ian Ambrose, from Swanley, clinched gold in the diving event.
Bronze medal winners in the 4x100 relay were Tina Rushbrook, Sidcup's Samantha Mercer, Adam Baker and Jamie Rushbrook.
