National Trust urges petition support
There is less than a fortnight left to sign a National Trust petition to save the Surrey countryside from building policy reforms.
The coalition government has proposed the National Planning Policy Framework, putting precious green-field areas under threat.
National Trust director for Surrey Hilary McGrady said: “This policy will pave the way for countless damaging development schemes.”
