Library users will have two more chances to have their say at meetings held by a commission examining the future of the service.
Lambeth libraries have the highest cost per visit in London, and have been told to make £750,000 savings by 2014 by the council following Government cuts.
The Library Commission, set up in April, is looking for ways of delivering a service used by more people but costing less money, and is due to report in November.
The first of two remaining public meetings will take place at the Woodlands Day Centre on Leigham Court Road between 6pm and 9.30pm on Wednesday, September 7.
The second will at Montgomery Hall, St Mark’s Pastoral Centre in Kennington Oval, between 6pm and 9.30pm on Tuesday, September 13.
