Selhurst School will be used for the second consecutive year to film the award-winning CBBC show M.I. High.
The series features villains, heroes and genius teen spies who work for a secret government organisation to protect Britain.
Rachel Petladwala returns as the genius spy Rose, Charlene Osuagwu as heroine Carrie and Ben Kerfoot as the master-of-disguise, Oscar.
Thirteen episodes are due to be filmed over the summer and aired on CBBC next year.
Producer Emma Kingsman-Lloyd said: "Filming at this location was such a success last year that we knew we wanted to return to film series 5."
Selhurst School will be known as St Hopes on the popular show.
Lucky Croydon pupils will be given work experience on the set.
