VOLUNTEERS are needed for a Guide Dogs charity in St Albans.
The charity is run by volunteers keen to raise awareness and cash for guide dogs in the St Albans area.
Regional volunteer Pippa Block said: "Being involved in a new Guide Dogs branch is really exciting. Having a guide dog can completely transform life for a or partially-sighted person and it is a great experience for the volunteers knowing they’re making that happen. We need more people to join us and really make this branch even more of a success.”
The charity is looking for volunteers willing to help with a street or store collection a few times a year.
Anyone interested in volunteering or fundraising for Guide Dogs should contact Guide Dogs’ Volunteering Team on 0845 371 7771.
