Two men have been charged with the murder of City lawyer Tom ap Rhys Price yards from his home in north-west London.

Donnel Marcus Carty, 19, and a 17-year-old male will also face charges of robbing both Mr ap Rhys Price and a second man at Kensal Green Station.

Carty lives in Burrows Road, Kensal Green - two blocks away from where the Cambridge graduate was stabbed to death in Bathurst Gardens on January 12.

He and the youth, from Middlesex, are due to appear at West London Magistrate's Court today.

A third youth has been released on bail pending further inquiries.

The 31-year-old Linklaters solicitor was attacked at around 11.40pm, just before he reached the home he shared with his fiancee, Adele Eastman. He phoned her earlier that night to say he would be home by 11.30pm.

The couple, who met last October, planned to get married in September this year.
