A CATFORD hotel has been awarded a national prize in recognition of its high standards, by the London Tourist Board.
Highfield House, a three-bedroomed hotel in a refurbished Victorian house, was presented with a Marque of Distinction by LTB's managing director Paul Hopper.
The scheme is aimed at hotels with fewer than 50 bedrooms and was developed by the LTB to encourage higher standards amongst independent hoteliers. LTB managing director Paul Hopper said quality was of the highest importance to tourism in London.
