Commuters to London on the Chiltern Line will be getting a musical treat on their way home from work this Thursday.
Funk Off, Italy's famous funky marching band will be performing at Marylebone Station from 5.30pm .
Rail users from Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Risborough will all be treated to the musical event, which marks the start of The London Jazz Festival.
Paul Robb, Chiltern Railways general manager south, said: “ We love giving Chiltern passengers a bit of excitement at our stations every now and again and what could be more exciting than raising the roof off the station with some live funk?”
Chiltern Railways are sponsoring 'Festival on the Move', a new feature of the festival which promotes gigs in unusual places across the capital.
