The following cases were heard at Bromley and Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on Wednesday, May 1, 2024: 

DANNY DEGRAAG, 34, of Blyth Road in Thamesmead, found guilty assaulting a woman in Greenwich in July 2023. Also found guilty of two counts of harassment without violence. He was given an 18 month community order including 150 hours of unpaid work. 

CRAIG ESSEX, 36, of Shorne Close in Orpington, admitted two counts of assaulting police officers. He was given a 12 month community order and will be monitored by tag. 

IONEL HUIBAN, 43, of Whyteville Road in Forest Gate, admitted burgling an address on Farnaby Road in Bromley on April 29. He was given a six month custodial sentence, suspended for 12 months, and will have to carry out 80 hours unpaid work. 

KRIS GOULTER, 45, of Crockenhill Road in Orpington, pleaded guilty to drug driving on Broombridge Close in Welling on January 31. He was disqualified from driving for a year and fined £120. 

MOHAMMAD BARY, 21, of Waltham Close in Orpington, pleaded guilty to drug driving on Academy Road in Woolwich on February 9. He was given a one year community order including 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months. 

TAMIN ZAZY, 27, of Salmon Street in Brent, pleaded guilty to possession of a knife in Welling on March 17. Also admitted two counts of common assault against police officers. To be sentenced at a later date.   

KIEREN HOLLAND, 33, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to possessing a lock-knife on Lamerock Road in Beckenham on April 5. Also admitted burglary on November 2 last year. He was remanded in custody until sentencing. 

ALI GHARGEZLI, 32, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing meat from Co-op in Bromley on January 8, January 9 and January 10. Also admitted that he failed to surrender to custody after being released on bail. To be sentenced at a later date.
