Police are hunting for two men after a late-night stabbing at an off-licence.

Officers were called to Willoughby Lane, Tottenham, at 11.30pm on March 13, to reports of a fight outside RK Mini Market.

A man in his 20s was found at the scene with a stab wound to his leg.

He was rushed to hospital where his injuries were deemed not life-threatening. He was discharged two days later.

Detectives investigating the attack have recovered CCTV footage that shows three suspects leaving a blue Vauxhall Corsa while the victim ran into the shop for help.

The suspects then kicked in the front door of the off-licence, breaking the glass.

After entering the shop, one of the suspects produced a flick knife and repeatedly stabbed the victim.

A 20-year-old man was arrested the next day and later charged with affray and possession of a bladed article.

Police are now asking for help identifying two outstanding suspects, both described as being “of Asian descent” and wearing dark clothing.

The pair were last seen heading towards Northumberland Park station.

Detective Constable William Darko, who is leading the investigation, said: “We’ve been following a number of lines of enquiry, speaking with community members and gathering vital evidence and we’re now releasing images of two suspects.

“We want to hear from anyone in and around north London who can identify these men.

“Knife crime has a devastating impact and destroys lives - it’s our top priority at the Met to tackle this and fight the crime that matters most to our communities.”
