- AA Traffic news reported a crash on A503 Ferry Lane which closed Station Road in both directions at 6.25pm
- The London Fire Brigade were called at 5.20pm to an oil spillage "following an RTC"
- 30 litres of petrol had spilled onto the road so they sanded it down and made it safe
- Police and LAS did not attend
