The victim of a stabbing in Manor Park is not in a life-threatening condition, the Metropolitan Police have confirmed. 

A spokesperson for the Met advised that the 19-year-old who was stabbed in Monega Road on April 15 remains in hospital but is not critically injured.

He is now receiving treatment for stab and assault injuries.

A significant number of emergency service vehicles were pictured in the road and parked in High Street North last night.

Police dog handlers were also at the scene of the stabbing, patrolling the area. 

The police have yet to make any arrests in connection with the crime, and their enquiries are ongoing.
