A man has been arrested after drugs and £60,000 worth of cash was found inside a vehicle in Mitcham.
Officers detained a driver on Streatham Road for a drug search and found £60,000 and three kilos of cannabis inside the vehicle.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession of criminal property and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.

Wandsworth MPS said: “Our Proactive team 1, detained a driver on Streatham Road for a drug search and approximately £60,000 and 3kg of cannabis each was found in the vehicle.
“He was arrested for possession of criminal property and possession with intent to supply Class B.”
