A man in his 80s was killed when he was hit by a van on a flyover.
The Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service were called to a crash involving a van and a pedestrian on the A406 Angel Road flyover on the North Circular Road in Edmonton at 2.15pm yesterday (Thursday, April 4).
The pedestrian, a man aged in his 80s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.
Scotland Yard said enquiries are ongoing and no arrests have been made.
The Met's Serious Collision Investigation Unit is asking anyone who may have seen the crash or captured it on dash cam or other media devices to contact the witness appeal line on 020 8246 9820.
