Naveed told the News Shopper: “I have had lots of ups and downs in my life, by working in the music business, and travelling the world, but as covid hit, I noticed there was a massive change in people’s mental health.

“I created a TikTok account to use my experience to help people free-of-charge, and it has kind of blown up – people have said I have helped heal them, and they started to leave their house and follow their dreams.

“Luckily, I have been born with a positive mindset, and I think people need that boost, especially after Covid and the cost-of-living crisis we’re in.

“Sometimes my messages are hard hitting, but sometimes that’s the only way to heal”.

Naveed said the content he publishes are targeted to everyone, and he has people from 18-year-olds looking for “future challenges” to 70-year-olds, who say they “wish” they found Naveed when they were younger.

“It’s not a minority group”, Naveed added, as the topics he covers on his social media pages offer both “casual and sensitive” advice.

He encourages sparking conversations in the comment sections of his TikTok’s as he says, “everyone needs to be heard”.

Naveed explained: “Unfortunately, a lot of people don't feel they have a voice due to political correctness and just not feeling that the person that they're speaking to is relatable.

“I've done work with the Mental Health Foundation, and I want to use my music platform to support youngsters with their mental health.

“I feel people’s emotions – when I was younger, I would take on their burdens and feel their pain.

“I wanted to do this another way, I don’t take a penny from anyone, but I let people have a say, hear them out, and point them towards the light and where they may need to go if they want to chase happiness”.

Naveed, who resides in south east London, finds solace in self-reliance and his faith.

“I still get to travel the world and live my dream, but I have gone through struggles and have had to find power within myself rather than relying on other people”, Naveed added.

He said: “It’s a struggle out here – people are turning against each other.

“The cost of living is 100 per cent affecting people and I know the world is going through an energy change.

“But the new generation are more inclusive – there’s a lot more diversity and they are the people who are going to change the world.

“It’s people like me who have a responsibility at my age to actually aid that change, and I think everyone does”.
