A new phone mast next to a Shell garage is among the planning proposals to be considered.

All of the applications were received by Havering Council between March 19 and March 25.

The plans will be reviewed by the council before any final decisions are made.

Five extensions are planned for properties in Upminster. These are in - Fleet Avenue (P0390.24), Maple Avenue (P0370.24), St Marys Lane (P0372.24), Little Gaynes Lane (P0402.24) and Nyth Close (P0434.24).

A single-storey outbuilding is planned for a property over in Hall Lane (P0401.24).

Two new four bedroom homes could also be built on a parcel of land next to Hall Lane (P0399.24).

A 20m telecoms mast is planned next to a Shell garage in Corbets Tey Road in Upminster (P0414.24).

Planning documents submitted with the application include a ‘5G guide’.

In Rainham, three extensions are planned for different properties. These are in – Bader Way, (Y0062.24), Briscoe Road (P0395.24 and P0396.24), and Betterton Road (P0403.24).

A former fuel storage site in Salamons Way could also be turned into a glass recycling facility (P0432.24).  

Seven extensions are planned in Hornchurch – in St Andrews Avenue (Y0063.24), Sylvan Avenue (P0408.24), Woodcote Avenue (Y0064.24), Cheviot Road (P0369.24), Candover Road (P0412.24), Randall Drive (P0415.24), Laburnum Walk (P0430.24).

In Romford, a brand new home could be built in Lodge Lane (P0387.24).

Under the plans submitted to Havering Council, a new two bedroom, two-storey house would be built at the end of the terrace.

Work will require the demolition of an existing single-storey building and garage to the rear of the site.

A home gym could be also created inside a planned outbuilding in The Drive, Collier Row (P0391.24).

Seven extensions are planned in the area – in Avelon Road (P0404.24), Tindall Close (P0359.24), Mashiters Walk (P0406.24), Oaklands Avenue (P0410.24), Mildmay Road (P0431.24), Fairholme Avenue (P0419.24), Kingston Road (P0407.24).

Two properties in Woodfield Drive could have single-storey rear extensions built under a joint plan submitted by the same applicant (P0221.24).
