A police cordon remains in place at a Catford address after a three-day stand-off between a man and police draws to a close.

At around 2am this morning (Thursday, March 28), police forced entry into the address on Daneby Road.

They were first called at 6.30pm on Monday evening.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of making threats to cause criminal damage with intent to endanger life.

Residents from neighbouring homes have been allowed to return to their houses.
