Doc Martin star Caroline Catz will be among friends when she opens a dog show this weekend.
The actress is opening the Waterlow Park Dog Show in Highgate on Sunday, March 24, part of the nationwide "2024 Happier Outdoors" initiative.
The event, which runs from 11am to 4pm, has free entrance and a range of categories for competing dogs.
Starting with the 'Golden Oldie' at 11.30am, dog owners can also enter their pooches to compete for the 'Mr and Ms Waterlow' competitions, 'Best Rescue Dog' and the 'Waggiest Tail' title.
Each event carries a £5 entry fee for those taking part, and interested parties can register their pets on the All Dogs Matter website.
Dog behaviourists and veterinary professionals will be on hand during the event to provide advice to owners.
The event, accessible from the Highgate High Street entrance or Upper Swains Lane, will also offer fun stalls, portraits, music and a raffle.
Organised by All Dogs Matter and Friends of Waterlow Park, the show will be started by Caroline Catz at 11.30am.
Caroline Catz is famous for playing Louisa Glasson in Doc Martin since 2004, with other key roles in Murder in Suburbia, DCI Banks, and The Vice.
