Police, believed to be armed, swarmed a street after a scare over a stabbing.
Several emergency vehicles were called to Brunel Court, near Harrow Road in Kensal Green, after reports of a stabbing on Sunday (March 17).
One eyewitness says that armed officers were at the scene at around 11am.
The Metropolitan Police say that there was no trace of a victim or a crime having taken place when police arrived.
When a potential witness was spoken to, they clarified that no weapon had been seen.
Despite the incident seemingly being a false alarm, some questioned on social media why officers were at the scene.
The case is not being looked into any further, the Met said.
