Inspector calls at the Churchill theatres was an absolutely exhilarating preformance and personally the best preformance I’ve watched ever !!

The scenery throughout the play was just fabulous especially with the rain at the beginning portraying pathetic fallacy and having such a warm comforting little house at the beginning turn. Into such a broken wrecked piece of property at the end really did sum up the play . Eric’s character was personally my fav routes with such an amzing drunk but giddy feel to him at first run into such a real alive feeling for fear and pain towards the end really did have the audience on the edge of there seat in such sympathy for him . And the absolutely amazing effect of having no break through the play shows how intense and full on the situation was . Every little bit of this play made you not even want to blink . And the costumes were absolutely stunning with the inspector Edna and the children’s clothing in a different era than the birlimg family really did add that sence of completeness. The way the house was so hidden at the beginning and opened up as the inspector kept bringing in new problems but then once he left closed up again to show them going back to that comfortable state but them opening up again leaving the burlings fully exposed really did put a chill down your spine .

Over all it was an absolutely brilliant play and I would definitely recommend it and watch it again
