Multiple windows of a pizza restaurant in Tower Hamlets have been smashed in a "senseless" attack.
A fundraiser has been launched by the owners of Flat Earth Pizzas to raise £15,000 to cover the costs of the damages.
A spokesperson for the Met said that police were called on March 8 to a report of criminal damage at Flat Earth Pizzas in Cambridge Heath Road.
They said: "It was reported that multiple windows were smashed overnight.
"Enquiries are ongoing including gathering CCTV and witness accounts."
No arrests have been made, according to police.
In a social media post on Twitter, Sarah Brading, one of two owners of the eatery, said: "Seven of our restaurant windows have been smashed in.
"This senseless attack will cost us."

The restaurant owners have launched the GoFundMe page, which has raised more than £5,000 so far.
Sarah said in the description for the page: "We have worked tirelessly, day in and day out, creating a business from scratch with the sole purpose of fighting the broken food system and making the world that little bit better."
Sarah claimed this is the third instance of window smashing the restaurant has seen since its opening in April 2022.
She wrote: "We're at the end of our tether now... the emotional cost of this traumatic experience can't ever be compensated for."
