The reason why it’s important for everyone to have a balanced diet, is because they need a lot of energy to keep active and it stops them from getting illness. People have to exercise every day because it keeps them fit and healthy and it can help with your mental health.

We can make healthy food swaps by uploading the menu of what food and drink options to have each day or you can ask someone in the canteen to cook healthy food. We can support students eating lots of fruit and vegetables by reminding them. The reason why PE is important in school is because it keeps them fit and they can play a sport that they’re interested in.
