The luxurious Mayfair hotel will welcome four new concepts this spring, each one sublime.

The Mayfair hotel is already very impressive and it's about to get even more splendid when Michelin-starred chef Akira Black, who has had classical Japanese training, launches four in-house venues.

The Korean-American chef already has 22 restaurants across the globe, and will open a further two restaurants as well as two bars in time for warm weather frivolity.

Akira Black will be an all-day dining restaurant with 148 seats, serving Asian American dishes that have been inspired by Japanese and Korean cooking.

Dosa will be a more intimate affair and one that leans into theatrical culinary experiences. It's also the London location of the Seoul original which was awarded a Michelin star in 2018.

This one's a 14-seater counter-style restaurant serving up contemporary Korean dishes.
