A man is in hospital after an assault in the early hours of the morning forced road closures in Camden Town.
At 2.30am this morning (January 28), police were called to reports of a man assaulted in Camden Lock Place.
The London Ambulance Service attended the scene and a man, believed to be aged in his 30s, was taken to hospital for treatment. His condition is not life-threatening.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and remains in custody.
Road closures were initially in place around the scene, but these have since lifted.
Police said that enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident continue.
