A man is in a critical but stable condition in hospital after a collision with a car in St John's Wood.
Police were called at 5.35pm last Friday (January 20) to reports of a white BMW in collision with a pedestrian on Wellington Road at the junction with Wellington Place.
The 43-year-old male pedestrian was on a crossing at the time of the collision, Scotland Yard said.
He was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service; he remains in a critical but stable condition.
The driver stopped at the scene. There have been no arrests.
Detectives from the roads and Transport policing command are investigating and appealing for any information.
