A man and woman have been taken to hospital after a crash on the A2 earlier this morning.
Police were called just before 6am to a crash between two cars on the coast-bound A2 near the Wilmington turnoff.
A man and women were taken to hospital.
Neither is believed to be in a life-threatening condition.
There has been no arrests.
The report comes after the A2 was closed in both eastbound and westbound directions earlier today.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at 5.55am to a crash between two cars on the coast-bound A2 near the Wilmington turnoff.
"A man and a woman were taken to hospital.
"Neither is believed to be in a life-threatening condition.
"There has been no arrest."
