A MAN has been left with life-changing injuries after an incident in Penge.
The incident happened in Franklin Road just after 2.30pm today (November 8).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a 68-year-old man injured.
He was taken to a south London hospital for treatment.

Police enquiries are ongoing to determine how the man sustained his injuries.
A crime scene has been put in place following the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote reference 4088/08NOV.
Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At 14:32hrs on Tuesday, 8 November police were called to Franklin Road, SE20 following reports that a man was injured in the street.
“Officers attended with the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
“The man – who is believed to be aged 68 – has been taken to a south London hospital.
"The man’s injuries may be life-changing but they have been assessed as non-life threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing to determine how the man sustained his injuries and a crime scene is in place while that work takes place.
“Anyone with information is asked to call 101, giving the reference 4088/08NOV.
“Information can also be provided to Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”
