A man remains in a life-threatening condition three days after being found with knife injuries following a street fight in Lewisham.  

The incident happened in Parkside Avenue near Lewisham Road at 12.10pm on October 28.  

When police got to the scene, the man, 18, had already left in a car. 

The car was then stopped on Lewisham High Road where a passing paramedic was flagged down. 

The man was found suffering from knife injuries.  

He was taken to hospital in a critical condition.  

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said today (October 31) the man remains in a life-threatening condition.  

No arrests have been made.  

Police enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. 

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to call police on 101 and quote reference 3137/28OCT.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said on October 28: "Police were called by London Ambulance Service [LAS] at 12:10hrs on Friday, 28 October to reports of a fight and an injured male at Parkside Avenue [off Lewisham Road] SE10. 

"Officers attended. 

"The injured male had already left the scene in a car. 

"The car stopped at High Road, Lewisham where a passing paramedic was flagged down. 

"The injured male, aged 18, who was suffering from knife injuries, was taken to hospital where his condition is currently critical. 

"Crimes scenes remain in place at both locations. 

"Anyone who witnessed this incident or has footage or information should call police on 101 or Tweet @MetCC quoting 3137/28OCT.”
