If you're looking for vintage fashion, furniture and jewelery, then Sunbury Antiques market is the place for you.

Every first and last Tuesday of the month, crowds of people and vans full of merchandise flood the grounds and stands of Kempton Racecourse. Opening hours are 6.30am - 2pm and the racecourse offers free parking to all buyers. The market is populated by traders selling everything from jewels and broches, clothes and stuffed animals, to huge sets of furniture and storage. Prices range from £1 to over £200, so there truly is something for everyone.

A trip to Kempton market is a trip for the whole family. With food stands and stalls stretching the entire length of the racecourse, and even some inside the main building as well, everyone can be kept occupied. You can purchase breakfast buns, baps, coffee and hot chocolate to enjoy while perusing through old records, fabrics, knick knacks and so much more.

And it's not just buyers who are drawn to the market. In fact it's a great environment for those who want to show off their collection of antique items and hope to sell some while they're there. The price of an outside stall is £95 for a van and £85 for a car through pre-booking. For any stalls inside the price is £80.

Andy Hussy and Victoria Norfolk are traders at the Market: "It's the only big market that we do. We used to go up and down the country all the time, but this is the only one we do now. It's the best one."

Trading is a brilliant opportunity to make some money, especially with buyers streamig in for 6 hours. And if you go in to buy, you are able to get lost in endless delights, find something to satisfy every mood, and leave happy and warm (although maybe a few pounds short.)
